CLIENT SERVICES CASE MANAGER POSITION:
Dorcas is a dynamic grassroots community action agency that is forward-thinking, highly regarded in the region, and offers a healthy work-life balance. The case manager plays a critical role on a small professional team that supports area residents experiencing housing and other financial crises.
You will provide caring case management services to clients with the goal of improving self-sufficiency. You will work closely with volunteer staff who play an important role in program support. You will collaborate with a wide variety of agencies and programs across Wake County. Work hours are full-time and may include some evenings and occasional weekends.
Qualified applicants will have education and experience in case management. You must have strong interpersonal skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Social work degree preferred. Spanish language competency preferred.
