Dorcas’ Career Advancement Program (CAP) → may be able to help you with tuition, qualified living expenses — to make it possible for you to get some training that leads to a Better Paying Job and Career Path!

Depending on your need – the Program can include any or all of the following we can help with:

• Identifying your strengths, skills, and training that will lead to a better paying job and career path with growth potential
• Financial Assistance and support during training/education
• Preparing your resume, cover letter, and for interviews and job offers
• Staying in touch during the first few months on your new job and planning short and long-term goals for career advancement
